February 19 & 20} Art Quilt Workshop

Ann Morrell will once again conduct her fabulous 12 x 12 quilt workshop with the theme, "Sea Creatures."  Her unique artform combined with her knowledge, skill and talent will ensure that everyone has a great time and will go home with a wonderful art quilt wall hanging.  Ann Morrell is "a retired school teacher living her retirement dreams at Grayton Beach."  

There are no rules - the creator of the piece makes up her own rules.  You can use any material; because the art quilt isn't washed, you don't need to worry about grain, thickness, thinness or it the fabric is color safe.  You will use raw applique using a fusible product to iron down your pieces.  Patterns will be provided for your use.  You may mix and alter them so your finished piece will be uniquely yours.  See the pictures below for a sample of the great sea creatures you can create!
